We are selecting 15 scholars from Latin-America

to participate in Devconnect Buenos Aires in November 2025. Scholars will receive financial support and shared housing, and an active role in supporting your brand during the conference.

• Workshops (optional) – August 1st to September 19th (Live + recorded sessions, streamed publicly on YouTube)

Where Are We Reaching Them? 👀

We’re not starting from scratch. Our outreach leverages the two strongest pipelines of talent and community in Latin America:

🌎 LatAm Community Hub Program

An ongoing initiative connecting communities from across the region. From Mexico to Patagonia. Through this program, we identify and engage top contributors endorsed by local leaders, giving protocols access to builders with strong community backing.

🚐 Gira SEED (Argentina Tour)

A national program where we travel across universities, Web3 communities, and local hubs throughout Argentina. We’re hosting events, workshops, and conferences, identifying high-potential builders, validators, and student leaders in every stop.

Who are we selecting? 🤔

This program is for those who:

• 🧠 Have a technical, entrepreneurial, academic, or research background
• 🛠️ Are actively contributing to Web3 projects, DAOs, protocols, or startups
• 🌱 Show strong growth potential and community engagement
• 🌍 Come from underrepresented regions or groups in the Ethereum ecosystem
• 🚀 Are excited to learn, connect, and build during Devconnect

These are criteria that help guide our selection. You don’t need to meet all of them to apply.

What Scholars Receive? 🧑🏻‍🎓

The sponsorship funds will be allocated to scholarships to cover the following:

• ✈️ $800 USD for travel
• 🛏️ Shared housing with other scholars
• 🎟️ Access to Devconnect & activities
• 💫 Mentorship, exposure, and lifelong networks
• 💼 Connections with top protocols & projects in the ecosystem

Selection Process 🎯

The selection will be based on:

• Open application form with portfolio, motivation letter, and background
• Evaluation by SEED’s team + partners
• Focus on diversity of regions, backgrounds, and skills
• Priority to those who haven’t attended similar experiences before
• Outstanding performance in workshops hosted by sponsors (optional).

We’re not looking for “experts”. We’re looking for builders with drive and purpose.
