💼 Role Description

The Grants Program Manager is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and managing grants and funding allocation initiatives. This role will assess project needs, evaluate grantees effectively, and ensure alignment with the program’s goals. Continuously improving funding mechanisms, streamlining processes, and driving impact in SEED Gov initiatives.

💪🏻 Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review grant applications while tracking milestones and assessing the impact of funded projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and grantees, offering support and ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Manage budgets effectively to stay on track with program priorities.
• Define clear KPIs for grantees, monitor progress and share regular updates, reports and impact metrics.
• Design and implement mechanisms to improve grant workflows, evaluation, and reporting processes for transparency.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to iteratively improve processes.

💡 Good to have

• Experience in grants management or project oversight, ideally in Web3.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with decentralized governance and funding models is a plus.
• Ability to document processes clearly and effectively.
• Creative mindset for identifying and improving solutions to optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
